\nBecause they are affected by disability, mental disorder, illness or physical or mental infirmity, are more vulnerable to being harmed than an adult who are so affected <\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
8<\/td>Child Protection<\/td>Issues where children may be offered by parental substance misuse<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
9<\/td>Complex Social Needs<\/td>Homeless \/ Criminal Justice Involvement \/ Multi Agency Involvement<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

3<\/td>Experiential \/ Recreational drug use:<\/td>A drug used non-medically for personal enjoyment. Usually used in affecting mental activity, behaviour, or perception, as a mood-altering drug. <\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
4<\/td>Drinking \/ Drugs Precipitated by Major Life Events:<\/td>Individuals using alcohol\/drugs to cope with major events, e.g., death, divorce, financial hardship; unemployment <\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
5<\/td>Counselling \/ Support Work for Individuals<\/td>Counselling involves one person (the counsellor) helping another person (the client) to work through some difficult or painful emotional, behavioural or relationship problem or difficulty <\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
6<\/td>Counselling \/ Support Work for significant others \/ families:<\/td>Support for significant others who are concerned about a loved one\u2019s drink or drug use. The support enables the significant other to be heard and feel more able to understand and cope with the situation <\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
